Sms Reader App

The App reads incoming SMS , performs required business logic like comparing the SMS text against certain values maintained in a google spreadsheet & takes appropriate action like:

Sends a specific SMS back to the number from which SMS was received OR

Can trigger an IVR call to the number from which SMS was received and play a greeting (voice message) OR

Can just update the spreadsheet for reporting purpose OR

Can create a new lead in your CRM

The App gives you a detailed log of

Incoming SMS (from number , SMS date and time , SMS Text)

Outgoing SMS ( to number , SMS date and time , SMS Text , SMS status (sent, failed etc)

IVR calls (to number, call date and time)
